RP2517 Majulah Ruck
Majulah Ruck 2025 marked National Day with a route that ended at The Fat Pigeon at Boat Quay, a location deeply rooted in Singapore’s story. Boat Quay sits along the Singapore River, where early traders once docked, goods were unloaded, and the foundations of modern Singapore were built. It was here that commerce, courage, and community shaped the nation’s beginnings. Choosing this end point was intentional. It symbolised returning to our origins while continuing to move forward, honouring the grit and enterprise that built the Singapore we know today.
This patch carries that historical connection. The image of our finishing point represents resilience through change, progress through hard work, and the spirit of Majulah. Onward. Whether you walked that route or simply resonate with the meaning, wearing this patch is a reminder that every step forward is built on history, effort, and collective belief. Singapore’s story was shaped along the riverbanks. Ours continues, step by step.
