This document outlines our shipping policy for all orders within Singapore. We currently do not ship internationally, outside of Singapore.

1. General Information

• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Singapore.
• Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, not including public holidays. Orders received outside of these hours, over the weekend, or during a public holiday will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather conditions or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Rates

The cost of shipping is determined by the weight and dimensions of your order, along with the shipping method you select. The final shipping cost will be clearly indicated at checkout, before you finalize your order.

Local Courier : SGD5.00

4. Free Shipping

Ruck Republic offers complimentary standard shipping for orders above SGD100.00. Apply code FREESHIP100 at checkout.

5. Changes to Shipping Address

Should you need to update your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at helloruckers@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in process. 

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. It will not be possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages, unclaimed packages, and for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
